I snapped this photo on my sunrise walk this week ⬇️

I’m in the middle of a 30-day sprint right now, committing to a circadian rhythm walk at sunrise every day.
Two miles to move my body, clear my head, and set the tone for the day before the kids wake up.
And somewhere between mile one and two, it hit me: movement creates momentum.
Momentum isn’t built from big wins; it’s built from small ones
It’s easy to think building momentum in business comes from the big moments …
Launching a new offer.
Booking a dream client.
Rebranding your site.
But what really builds it are the small, quiet actions you take every day …
Writing one email to your list.
Posting one story to connect with your audience.
Following up with one lead.
Each small, consistent habit stacks over time until suddenly … you’re in motion.
Your confidence grows, and your business starts compounding on that energy.
How 30 days of small actions can change everything
That’s exactly what these sunrise walks are teaching me: you don’t need massive change to move forward.
You just need to start. And keep showing up.
So I recorded a quick “Walk with Angie” podcast episode (just six minutes long) about how this daily rhythm is pushing me outside my comfort zone and fueling inspiration, creativity, and fortitude. And why a simple 30-day sprint can do the same for you.
Your turn to build momentum
If you decide to start your own sprint, whether it’s 10 minutes of writing, outreach, or just showing up online, DM me on Instagram and tell me about it.
I’d love to hear how you’re building momentum in your life or business this month.
Cheering you on, always 💛
Angie
