One of the changes I made last year to be more productive, save time and focus on bigger projects was automating as MUCH as I could in my business! Do you ever think about how much time we waste doing tasks that can be replicated and automated? Since putting systems into place, I am now able to serve my clients (and myself!) so much better than when I had my head buried in repetitive, simple tasks! A Client Management System: Having an all-in-one online system for contracts, invoices, bookkeeping, scheduling, etc. is essential for business owners! I use 17hats but I’ve heard great things about Honeybook and Dubsado as well!
Email Marketing Platform: I had been using MailChimp for years but last summer, I finally found a new fave platform and transferred everything over to FloDesk! It’s beautiful, user-friendly and only $38/month (but only $19 each month with the previous link) for unlimited subscribers and access to all features! That’s unheard of! Instagram Scheduler: Y’all know Planoly will always be my jam! On Sunday nights, I create a week’s worth of Instagram posts and schedule it out!
Gmail Scheduler: I use Boomerang to schedule Gmail emails (so my clients won’t know if I’m working at midnight haha)!
Mileage Tracker: MileIQ is an app that runs in the background on your phone and you just swipe left or right for business or personal mileage. SO convenient come tax time.
